Arena Conduct & Prohibited Items

Holder agrees to comply with all venue rules, policies, and instructions from event staff. The following are strictly prohibited within the venue:

• Air horns, powered horns, or other amplified noisemaking devices.
• Weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, or hazardous items of any kind.
• Disruptive, abusive, obscene, or unsafe behavior.

Violation of these rules may result in ejection from the Event without refund, and may subject Holder to additional legal consequences.

Consent to Photography, Recording & Likeness

Holder grants the London Nationals Hockey Club, its affiliates, sponsors, and media partners the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and otherwise capture Holder’s likeness, voice, and image during the Event. Such content may be used, reproduced, and distributed worldwide in any media now known or later developed, for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes, without further permission or compensation. Holder waives any claims of ownership, inspection, or approval of such materials.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Holder acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to attending a hockey game, including, but not limited to, being struck by pucks, sticks, or other equipment, exposure to loud noise, or physical contact with other patrons. By attending the Event, Holder releases and forever discharges the London Nationals Hockey Club, its officers, players, employees, affiliates, venue operators, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, or damages (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) arising from attendance at the Event, except where prohibited by law.

Ticket Use & Limitations

1. 4.1 Each ticket admits one (1) individual to the specified Event.
2. 4.2 Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as required by law.
3. 4.3 Resale or transfer of tickets for commercial purposes without authorization is prohibited.
4. 4.4 Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
5. 4.5 Management reserves the right to deny admission or remove any Holder without refund for noncompliance with these terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

Seat Relocation

Seat assignments for both single-game and season tickets may be changed temporarily or permanently at the discretion of the London Nationals. Reasons for relocation may include, but are not limited to, operational requirements, venue changes, safety concerns, or organizational needs. No refunds will be issued in the event of a relocation.

Enforcement

All ticket holders, whether attending on a single-game ticket or a season ticket, are subject to these policies. The London Nationals reserve the right to remove any individual from the venue, without refund or compensation, if found to be in violation of these terms. Such removal may apply to the remainder of a game, the full season, or permanently, at the sole discretion of the organization.

Amendments

The London Nationals reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of tickets following any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
