The London Nationals are pleased to welcome Brian McAllister to the organization as Development Coach.

His coaching résumé includes previous experience with the London Nationals as Head Coach, along with roles with the London Jr. Knights AAA, Lucan Irish and Komoka Kings. He has also worked within the Elgin Middlesex Canucks U16 AAA program.

Throughout his coaching career, McAllister has built a strong focus around the development of the complete player. In his role as Development Coach with the Nationals, McAllister will work alongside the coaching staff to help players continue progressing throughout the season. His approach places an emphasis on competitive habits, puck management, defensive responsibility, attention to detail, physical preparation and the ability to perform consistently under pressure.

McAllister’s familiarity with junior hockey and his previous experience with the London Nationals provide another valuable perspective for the organization. His focus on preparation, accountability and individual development will help support players as they work toward taking the next steps in their hockey careers.

The Nationals continue to place an emphasis on creating an environment where players are given the resources, coaching and support needed to develop both on and off the ice.

Welcome back to the London Nationals, Brian!
